Astronomy Unit Test - Wednesday, June 1st

Team 7a Students will take the Astronomy Unit Test on Wednesday, June 1st.   This is a full period multiple choice style test and answers will be recorded onto a scantron answer sheet.  Please bring a #2 pencil with you to class.

Study everything in your binder since the start of the Astronomy Unit on April 13th.  Do Nows, Notes, Handouts, Labs, Worksheets, HW, etc.

Study Guide Topics:
-The Universe and Big Bang Theory
-Galaxies, Stars and their lifecycles, and our Sun
-Famous Astronomers and their models of our solar system
-NEO's:  Comets, Asteroids, Meteors, Meteroids, Meteors
-Our Solar System and it's eight planets
-The relationship between Weight/Mass in Space
-Our Moon and its phases
-Earths Seasons and Movements:  Rotation and Revolution
-Eclipses
-Tides
