Respiratory and Excretory Test - Wednesday, January 14th

Study Guide
7th Grade science students will take the Respiratory and Excretory Systems Test this Wednesday, January 14th. This test is worth 100 points and will contain some cumulative questions from previous units we have studied this year.

Please bring a #2 pencil to class. Part of the test will be recorded onto a scantron answer sheet.  You will be asked to create a graph and will NOT be provided with a graphing checklist.          

Index Cards= +2 pts 

Students should study all of the material in their binder for both of these units;  this includes do nows, notes, homework assignments, labs, and handouts.

Study Guide:
-Respiratory organs (Common name and scientific name), notes, and diagram
-Pathway of air into and out of the body
-Bell Jar Model (demonstration/worksheet)          J Inhale   L Exhale
-Respiratory Diseases/Disorders  (Emphysema, Asthma, Pneumonia, and Lung Cancer)
-**Lab: Goldfish Respiration
-Excretory organs, notes, and diagram
-Pathway of urine
-**Lab:  Chemical Wastes Removed From the Body

Extra help is available during your lunch period on either A or B days depending on the period you have lunch.  Team 7A Extra Help schedule is listed in the margin on the right.
