Community Service Project

Our class will be incubating eggs this spring in support of the Re-Introduction of Northern Bobwhite Quail project.  Here are some photos of our incubator set up as we begin this adventure together. 

The fertilized eggs arrived on Friday, April 19th.

The temperature settings in our incubator was "just right".

 

 

Additional information will be posted as the hatching process takes place, as well as the brooding of the baby birds here in our building, and then at Caleb Smith State Park before they are released into our local environment.
